María Paulina Muñoz Carmona

Attorney with experience in Labor and Civil Law. Her practice focuses on comprehensive legal counsel and the prevention of regulatory risks within organizations. She has extensive experience in the structuring and implementation of Internal Work Regulations, as well as in the development of corporate policies and labor-related compliance and regulatory policies.

She also has experience in litigation, including the structuring and drafting of legal claims. Her strategic approach is complemented by active legal support in connection with Colombia’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System (Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo – SG-SST), providing companies with the legal tools necessary to promote safe working environments and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
