Alejandro Alzate Blair

Attorney with master’s degrees in International Business Law and in Mergers and Acquisitions. As founding partner and director of the firm, he leads the team’s legal strategy, coordinating across various areas of law to ensure comprehensive counsel for each client.

His professional practice focuses on Corporate Law and business advisory, standing out in the leadership of complex corporate reorganization processes, the acquisition and sale of companies, mergers, and spin-offs. This, combined with his management experience, allows him to provide a highly technical approach to business structuring and legal risk prevention.

He also has extensive experience in directing and conducting due diligence audits, structuring asset protection schemes, the legal management of intangible assets, Personal Data Processing, and compliance with technical regulations for product certification, as well as Foreign Exchange Law, among others.
